I don't remember a heck of a lot about this movie, other than it involved a social worker and an orphan, and of course Treat Williams. He talks a mile a minute, spinning one white lie after another. The movie was funny and touching, and I remember watching it a few times. It played on HBO for about a month and they just fell to the wayside. This was in the very early 80's.
